Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech and Language Specialist to join our dedicated team at Development Is Child's Play. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for children with communication and/or feeding challenges.
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Track and document progress and outcomes of therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements for license renewal.
  • Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as needed.
  • Fulfill additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in speech-language pathology, national certification, and eligibility for state licensure.
