Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scoping documents for regulatory obligations, ensuring alignment with the Data Concern Remediation Management framework.
  • Deliver timely closure documents for regulatory obligations owned by the Data Operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Data Office Leadership Team to provide clear guidance on regulatory reporting status.
  • Own the team's information gathering and reporting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Develop and drive partnerships with stakeholders to capture and consolidate feedback and updates.
  • Identify, report, and escalate issues related to data reporting efficacy, and initiate course correction as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including delivery and management-level communications.
  • Develop content for governance forums and lead the team to ensure effective monitoring and control of information gathering and reporting.
  • Manage documentation of processes and maintain version control of all process documentation.
  • Delegate and deliver ad-hoc requests related to Chief Data Office – Data Operations leadership.
  • Participate in training activities to grow as an expert in regulatory compliance processes.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactively take ownership of assigned areas.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with Citi Data Governance Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, data governance, data quality, or data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Critical-thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Process design or improvement experience.
  • Experience with regulatory management, reporting, and creating regulatory materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to balance effective and efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Organizationally savvy and able to interpret systems and management processes.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
