Job Description

As a Local Success Coach with Go Au Pair, you will play a vital role in promoting meaningful international family relationships and fostering wildly successful cultural child care experiences. Your primary duties will include providing information and support to families during the matching process, explaining regulations and policies to host families and au pairs, and conducting in-home interviews and orientations to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for international exchange and education. If you are self-motivated, sales-driven, and professional, with a desire to build strong relationships with families and au pairs, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and support to families during the matching process
  • Explain regulations and policies to host families and au pairs
  • Conduct in-home interviews and orientations to ensure a smooth transition for both parties
  • Develop personal relationships with families and au pairs and maintain high-quality communication
  • Execute marketing initiatives coordinated with headquarters
  • Assist during crisis and conflict situations quickly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation
  • Access to a home computer/laptop and internet
  • Interest in international exchange and education

Training and Onboarding:

To become knowledgeable about the Au Pair Program and to learn how to perform your LSC tasks, you will need about a year's worth of experience. This training will be provided by Go Au Pair and will include reading, watching videos, self-exercises, and meeting with training personnel.
