Position Overview

Company: The Parking Spot

Role: Our CDL Shuttle Operators are essential to ensuring safe and friendly transportation for our customers between the parking facility and the airport. With over 25 years of experience in the airport parking industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service.

Compensation: $19 per hour (plus tips), with the possibility of an additional overnight differential of $2.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time Availability
  • Shifts Available:
    • Overnight: Friday & Saturday from 10 PM to 5 AM
    • Overnight: Saturday from 11 PM to 6:30 AM & Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each customer warmly, offering assistance with their luggage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of the facility and airport terminals

  • Adhere to all regulations and requirements for operating commercial vehicles
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior driving and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Clean driving record required
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Passenger Endorsement and any other necessary licenses or badges
  • Willingness to pass a physical examination as required by airport and federal regulations
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English (DOT Requirement)
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
