Autism ABA Therapist

## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Helping Hands Family. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them reach their developmental milestones.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
* Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
* Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

## Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
* Comfort working with children.
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
* Reliable transportation.
* Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
