Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Reliatus. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results, ensuring effective and efficient treatment.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
