About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, conducting assessments and data analysis to track client progress, and providing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Conduct regular assessments and data analysis to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide guidance and training to Behavior Technicians and other team members
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Active AZ LBA
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
