Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An active and up-to-date registered nursing license in the relevant state.
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
- A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral healthcare or addiction services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, detoxification processes, and co-occurring disorders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Work Environment:
Clinical Nurses at Recovery Centers of America work in a dynamic environment focused on substance use treatment. Flexibility is essential, as the role may require long hours, including weekends and holidays, to provide continuous patient care.
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing or walking. Candidates should be prepared for the physical and emotional demands of working in a healthcare setting.
