Nurse for Pediatric and Adult Patients in Vancouver

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to Pediatric and Adult patients in their own homes in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which they practice and a current Health Certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
