Job Highlights

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - IR Tech
Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p or 7:30a-6p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, with call
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend call per month with a group of 9 that share call responsibilities. Call begins on Friday evening and concludes on Monday morning. Holiday/Call Requirement: If a holiday coincides with a scheduled shift or call, work is required with holiday pay provided.
Qualifications:
  • State License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • BLS Certification
  • ARRT (R) Certification
  • IV certification preferred
  • Prior travel experience preferred
  • Experience in stroke receiving facilities preferred
Additional Information:
  • Charting System: Cerner
  • Common Imaging Types & Responsibilities: All IR procedures, assisting neuro IR, vascular, and neuro surgeons. Responsibilities include scrubbing in and circulating. Participation in the call team is required.
  • Average Cases per Day: Varies from 10-20 cases daily, in addition to stroke cases, which may range from 1-4 per week. Typically, 2 IR techs are assigned per room.
