Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily inventory checks and ensure accurate tracking of vehicle status.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members under the guidance of senior associates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Maintain the security and cleanliness of display areas and inventory zones.
  • Prepare vehicles and necessary documentation for shipping to various locations.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of returned vehicles and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Drive vehicles safely on and off the lot as required.
  • Support auction processes as needed.
  • Adhere to company standards for workplace organization and cleanliness.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by senior inventory associates and management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards.
  • The ability to accurately read and record data for inventory management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong adherence to established processes and work instructions.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Work Environment:

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, with potential exposure to varying weather conditions. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing and walking in a dynamic environment.
