Restaurant General Manager Job Opportunity

At Domino's Pizza LLC, we're seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high-volume restaurant, with experience in coaching, training, and developing team members. They will be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for customer service, product quality, and local marketing, as well as ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Recognize and appreciate the unique talents and contributions of all team members.
- Lead and motivate the team to uphold RPM standards.
- Coach and monitor safety and security policies, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Develop team members through RPM training tools and on-the-job training.
- Adhere to and hold the team accountable to all RPM, Domino's, and state health code standards.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and team scheduling.
- Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
- Ensure all product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.

Compensation

This is a competitive salary position with opportunities for bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

- Must be an AM4 or prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing with RPM.
- Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store-ready AM4 as a replacement.
- Demonstrated high-volume mentality and supervised in a store that exceeds all RPM Service Standards.
- Must be able to pass all background and drug tests.
- Must have proficient math and technology skills.
- Must be an RPM Brand Ambassador who upholds all standards and consistently makes perfect product, including a 60-second large pepperoni pizza.
- Must have a track record of training team members in product, service, and image.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates for a Restaurant General Manager in a similar location.
