AdventHealth Medical Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to become a part of a well-established physician practice. This practice is conveniently situated within the AdventHealth Daytona Beach hospital's adjacent medical office building, making it easily accessible for both local residents and those commuting from nearby areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient demographic
  • Capability to operate independently
  • Skill in performing minor office-based procedures
  • Commitment to providing holistic care to patients

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner or completion of Physician Assistant studies
  • Board Certification
  • Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • DEA License required (or ability to secure)

Work Schedule:

  • 36 hours dedicated to patient care and 4 hours for administrative duties
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Practice call only; includes rotating weekend and holiday coverage

This practice is part of AdventHealth Medical Group, which employs over 350 physicians across 27 service lines. This collaborative model allows providers to concentrate on the clinical aspects of care.
