Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse group of patients
- Capability to operate independently
- Skill in performing minor office-based procedures
- Commitment to providing holistic care to patients
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner or completion of Physician Assistant studies
- Board Certification
- Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- DEA License required (or eligibility to secure)
Work Schedule:
- 36 hours of patient-facing duties with 4 hours allocated for administrative responsibilities
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- Practice call responsibilities only; includes rotating weekend and holiday coverage
