Home and Community Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home and Community Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide functional rehabilitation services to patients in their natural home and community environment.
**Our Program**
Rehab Without Walls is a revolutionary neuro rehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. Our program is designed to promote greater health through the recovery process and significantly improve functional skills and independence for patients. By providing care in the home, community, workplace, or school, we help our patients regain functional capabilities and achieve independence.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Home and Community Therapist, you will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will also work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise and passion for rehabilitation will help our patients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience. **Qualifications**
Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, current CPR Certification, minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury, communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions, ability to lift 50 pounds, and additional physical requirements.
