- Proficient in computer applications with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and development capabilities.
- Proven history of sales success in a retail context, with a strong desire to thrive in a revenue-focused environment.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move throughout the showroom for extended periods to assist customers.
- Capability to walk, stand, or sit as needed based on customer demands.
- Physical ability to push and pull furniture for display and demonstration purposes.
