- Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
- Recovery and Organization: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
- Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Communication and Organization: Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with the ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
We offer a competitive starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discounts, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
