Salary & Benefits

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will plan, conduct, and evaluate treatment programs for individuals with disorders in the comprehension and production of speech and language, as set forth by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Under the direction of the attending physician, the Voice Therapy Specialist will provide assessment and treatment of cognitive and swallowing disorders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address individual needs
  • Providing evidence-based therapy to improve communication skills
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with various speech and language disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
