Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Kevin Smith-State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, ensuring they have the right coverage for their unique situations.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely, with a strong attention to detail.
