As a Seasonal Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience and helping customers shop our store.
  • Assist customers in locating products, provide solutions, and engage them on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, and maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and execute Company policies and standards.
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
