Job Opportunity for Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project write-ups for proposals and marketing purposes.
  • Develop standard specifications and details for projects.
  • Develop project-related graphic displays and reports.
  • Facilitate Public Meetings and Open Houses.
  • Assist with project design and detailing.
  • Coordinate staff workload and project assignments.
  • Develop final design plans and specifications.
  • Occasional client marketing and business development responsibilities.
  • Provide project and client management duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Registered as a Professional Landscape Architect in the state of practice.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in CAD drafting (AutoCAD and Civil3D).
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and related software.
  • Experience with client contact and public presentations.
  • Requires a Driver's License or Public Transportation for travel to various facilities and job sites.
