Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas rules of civil procedure.
  • Experience in case investigation and research.
  • Ability to organize, interpret, and request medical records.
  • Proven experience in maintaining case files and managing discovery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
