  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile applications within a cloud-native environment.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Engage in hands-on activities, including creating technical design documents, coding, and managing deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a high-impact R&D team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set timelines.
  • Evaluate technical debt and security risks, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks alongside the R&D roadmap.
  • Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support production environments and address incidents as they arise.
  • Manage vendor relationships for third-party integrations with various SaaS products, focusing on information consolidation.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion within budget.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical escalations, providing prompt resolutions to issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a US Healthcare organization, preferably in an early to mid-stage startup.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Typescript, and Angular.
  • Demonstrated experience leading software development teams focused on web and mobile applications.
  • 6+ years of experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience developing with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Azure DevOps and App Center.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges using modern design principles.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or software development are advantageous.
