Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining Cleanliness:
  • Ensures that all silverware and dishes are impeccably clean and ready for guests.
  • Maintains the interior of the restaurant to create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for both guests and team members.
  • Conducts cleaning around the exterior of the establishment and in the parking area.
  • Regularly checks, cleans, and replenishes supplies in the restrooms.
  • Disposes of trash properly and keeps waste disposal areas organized and tidy.
  • Thoroughly organizes and cleans the utility space.
  • Adheres to the duty roster to ensure that cleanliness and service standards are consistently met.
  • Complies with local health regulations.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Restocks the Cook, Line, and Server stations with necessary utensils, glassware, and dishes.
  • Maintains a high level of organization, speed, and cleanliness in all tasks.
  • Reports any equipment or facility issues to the Manager promptly.
Guest Interaction:
  • Understands and executes responsibilities related to timely service delivery.
