Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of work performed and equipment maintenance records
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance; experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights; must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
