Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at BayCare Health System. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our healthcare system.

• Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying, and resolving drug-related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction, and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication therapy plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
• Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide recommendations to healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Preferred: Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy or related field, ASHP (Pharmacists) certification.
• Experience in acute care pharmacy practice.

This is a PRN, exempt position with a shift schedule of 8-10 hours. Occasional weekend work may be required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.
