Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Central Florida Health Care, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret prescription orders and ensure accurate dispensing of medications
  • Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and management
  • Monitor drug therapy and ensure compliance with OBRA Act regulations
  • Participate in drug review and selection processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Florida Pharmacist License
  • Computer literacy and understanding of pharmacy equipment
  • Current valid BLSC certification
Working Conditions

This role requires 80% or more time spent standing/walking and involves working under tight deadlines. The ability to lift weight equivalent to that required when repositioning equipment and lifting supplies is also necessary.
