We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Histotechnologists and Histotechnicians to join our team at K.A. Recruiting in Syracuse, New York.

This is a permanent and full-time position with different shifts and schedules available. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in histology and laboratory techniques, with a focus on preparing and processing fixed and unfixed tissue and cytology specimens.

• Process and prepare tissue and cytology specimens using various histologic, frozen sectioning, immunohistochemical, and tissue microarray techniques.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with attention to detail and quality control.
• Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to ensure accurate and efficient specimen processing.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• NYS State Laboratory License is required.
• Associate's Degree in Science (or higher) is preferred.
• ASCP (HT or HTL) certification or eligibility to obtain is required.
• Experience in histology and laboratory techniques is preferred, but not required.
