About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients in a personalized manner, and matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. You will also be responsible for scheduling clients how they would like to be scheduled and helping to ensure that all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment

  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
