Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work on a 13-week travel assignment in Chicago, IL. As a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex specialized tasks, including operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including angiography and interventional procedures.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Assist radiologists in performing exams and providing clinical excellence.
  • Develop and maintain skills in McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak, and other clinical systems.
  • Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification.
  • Assist in maintaining an adequate level of supplies required for patient care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Independent decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
