Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care:
    • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
    • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
    • Build strong relationships with clients to promote membership growth and retention
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Participate in sales efforts to drive new business and increase revenue
    • Collaborate with the General Manager and sales associates to develop sales strategies
  • Operational Support:
    • Maintain accurate client records and update notes consistently
    • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it's available for client use
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology (or related field)
  • Personal training certification required; massage therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction certifications preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fitness or wellness environment, providing hands-on training
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment
