Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with vehicle, home, or facility inspections as directed.
  • Assist in pest control as required.
  • Complete minor repairs, such as patching holes, painting, and repairing furniture, doorknobs, locks, and clearing obstructions in drains and toilets.
  • Repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, and small appliances.
  • Replace light bulbs and cover plates.
  • Assist with vehicle repairs.
  • May complete purchase orders and ensure receipt is obtained.
  • Clear driveways and sidewalks of snow and use appropriate materials to safeguard against slipping on ice.
Requirements
  • One year of maintenance experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
