About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and repairs, to ensure the integrity of our facilities and equipment.
  • Assist with vehicle inspections and maintenance, as well as pest control and minor repairs.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, including repairs, painting, and furniture maintenance.
  • Replace light bulbs and cover plates, and assist with vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Clear driveways and sidewalks of snow and ice, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One year of maintenance experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
