The Project Manager will act as the primary contact for general contractors, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and satisfied with project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
  2. Conduct pre-project awareness meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  3. Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets, schedules, and plans as necessary.
  4. Review project contracts and specifications to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Required:

  1. Minimum of three years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  3. Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  1. Familiarity with HCSS construction management software.
  2. Experience with Foundation enterprise systems.
  3. Background in TxDOT projects.
  4. Knowledge of electrical construction practices.

Work Environment:
