  6. Assist in moving and setting up furniture for various events and activities.
  7. Conduct isolation and terminal cleaning as per established protocols.
  8. Communicate effectively with residents, being mindful of their individual needs and conditions.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  10. Understand and implement universal precautions relevant to the role.
  11. Demonstrate safety and respect in all interactions, reporting any concerns regarding resident welfare.
  12. Utilize cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor machinery.
  13. Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Proven floor care experience is essential, along with on-the-job training.

Note: This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety within the facility.
