About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AI/ML Engineer to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving technical solutions for AI/ML applications in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models using cloud-based platforms such as AWS SageMaker
  • Design and implement graph data models to capture complex relationships and ensure efficient querying and traversal
  • Work with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies such as RDS/Postgres, Snowflake, and Airflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and lead projects
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Python-based APIs using FastAPI/Flask
  • Design and implement large language models using LangChain, Llama Index, and Prompt Engineering
  • Perform deep data analysis on multiple database platforms and work with development and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, and Sonar
  • Monitor, observe, and test ML model performance
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Machine Learning engineer
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java
  • Experience with developing Python-based APIs
  • Experience with designing and implementing graph data models
  • Experience with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS SageMaker
  • Experience with large language models and prompt engineering
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with deep data analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
