Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our psychiatry portfolio
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Gather and validate key trends and dynamics in the market to uncover unique opportunities
Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues
Demonstrate strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience
Documented successful sales performance
Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and execute fully integrated account plans
