Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and controlling expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure that the store is always fully stocked.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, basic math skills, and knowledge of store financials.
- Certifications: Food handlers card and/or serve safe certified preferred but not required.
The Store Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers and staff members. The role requires standing for long periods, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. The ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds is also required.
