This position will oversee properties located in various regions, ensuring the highest standards of performance and compliance with company regulations.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of staff members to achieve optimal results and exceed company expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue while minimizing expenses.
  • Provide guidance and support to onsite staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Approve all evictions and non-renewals in accordance with company policies.


**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in multi-family housing management as a regional or portfolio manager.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
