Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to outpatients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various physical disabilities and conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Doctoral degree or master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or eligible for licensure)
- 1+ year of experience in outpatient physical therapy (new graduates considered)
- Lymphedema experience a plus
