Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures
  • Receive and prepare radioactive materials, maintaining accurate radiation records
  • Operate nuclear medicine cameras and equipment, ensuring optimal image quality
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program or radiologic technology program
  • Current licensure with the State of Texas, ARRT, and/or NMTCB
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital environment, preferably in nuclear medicine
