About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nurse to join our team at Esperanza Health Center. As a Triage and Education Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and Assessment: Use sound clinical judgment to determine patient care needs and intervene accordingly.
  • Patient Education: Develop and implement educational programs to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Coordination of Care: Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage provider schedules, and perform administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in a hospital setting
  • CPR certification
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
