About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Operations Assistant to join our team at Senior Helpers - Rock Hill. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

In this position, you'll be responsible for scheduling caregivers, managing client schedules, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our home care services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on client assessment and care plan information
  2. Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts arise
  3. Clearly communicate new schedules and changes to caregivers and clients
  4. Track and record instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, and early departures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics
  • Knowledge of general home care/healthcare staffing preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative-solution abilities
