Salary Information

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Job Description

As a Caregiver Specialist, your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with their personal hygiene, supporting those with behavioral challenges, and promoting community involvement and personal growth. You will develop meaningful relationships with the participants you serve, while working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
  • A valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
