Vision & Leadership
  • Cast a compelling vision for Grace Kids, Special Needs, and Compass ministries, inspiring your team to reach and guide the next generation.
  • Cultivate a servant leadership style that fosters unity, growth, and alignment with Grace Church's overall mission.
  • Lead by example, creating a ministry culture that is prayerful, relational, energetic, fun-loving, productive, and growth-oriented.
Curriculum & Programming
  • Oversee all curriculum for all grade levels (Nursery-5th grade), ensuring engaging and age-appropriate content delivery in all programming.
  • Develop and nurture student-led worship teams, providing opportunities for students to serve and grow in their musical talents.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-quality Vacation Bible School programs that reach beyond our church community.
Volunteer Management & Partnerships
  • Recruit, screen, train, and support a dedicated team of volunteers to maximize ministry impact across all areas.
  • Network with other churches and ministries to stay informed about best practices and innovative approaches.
Special Needs & Compass Ministries
  • Provide compassionate and inclusive leadership for our Special Needs and Compass ministries, ensuring that all children feel welcomed and valued.
  • Develop programs and resources that meet the unique needs of these individuals.
