Job Overview

As a fully remote Account Representative for Joe Frangieh's State Farm office, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in State Farm Agency sales required.
  • Licensed in AZ & NV.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs and meet expectations with minimal supervision.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers.
