Our Concept

We're a fusion of American Diner and French Bistro, serving perfectly executed diner classics and bistro cornerstones. Our menu features thoughtful cocktails and encouraging hospitality brought to life by a best-in-class team with a proven track record of opening and operating nationally renowned restaurants.

Our Team

Our team is led by Owner Chris Donato, who joined the Frasca Food and Wine Team in 2010. Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes are guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Anna Asplaugh will lead the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine, managing all BOH operations and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.

What We're Looking For

We're currently hiring passionate line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Fine-dining experience is preferred. Our kitchen is a place of creativity, mutual respect, mentorship, and encouragement. We're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
