Job Summary

The Director of Culinary Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining fiscal discipline. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise and mentor a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  4. Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  5. Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure exceptional experiences for our guests.
  6. Maintain Fiscal Discipline: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  7. Stay Ahead of the Competition: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  1. 4-year degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience as a department leader in high-volume food and beverage operations.
  3. 8-10 years of food and beverage management experience.
  4. Culinary experience a plus.
  5. Experience in a multi-outlet facility or casino.
  6. Point of Sales system experience.
  7. Ability to forecast and maintain the departmental budget.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  9. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
  10. Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  1. Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk, and hear.
  2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  3. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  4. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
