Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in GOLFTEC University, an extensive training initiative designed for professional development
  • Leverage expertise to suggest instructional content and formulate customized lesson plans for students with diverse skill sets
  • Advise on suitable GOLFTEC services for each learner, including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing sessions, short game coaching, etc.
  • Record each session conducted and share summaries on our online platform using GOLFTEC's proprietary TECSWING teaching software
  • Ensure the upkeep of the GOLFTEC Training Center, including its environment, equipment, and technological resources
  • Execute daily opening and closing procedures for the Training Center, including preparing GOLFTEC teaching systems for operational use
  • Engage in ongoing education to refine skills (distance learning, workshops, etc.)
  • Physical mobility is a crucial aspect of this role. Coaches typically require the ability to stand, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods and lift items exceeding 30 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

At GOLFTEC, our Coaches collaborate as a cohesive unit. They receive a competitive base salary complemented by commissions, bonuses, and other performance-related incentives. The base pay is structured as an hourly wage plus overtime, influenced by location and experience. Monthly commissions, bonuses, and additional performance-based compensation are contingent on both the Center's overall performance and individual contributions.

  • All Coaches accumulate paid Personal Time Off and receive Personal Days for taking time off from regular workdays
