As a Residential Care Assistant at EIHAB Human Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and quality of life.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and household maintenance.

You will also be responsible for dispensing medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and transporting clients to appointments and programs.

In addition to these duties, you will participate in program meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely, as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

$18.25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within the organization.
